Available nightly in each ship’s main dining room, Express Dining is tailored for smaller groups of six or fewer who want a streamlined yet satisfying meal. Think of it as the best of both worlds: the same attentive service and freshly prepared dishes, just on a quicker timeline.
According to Christine Duffy, the move comes directly from guest feedback. Travelers are looking for more flexibility onboard, and this new option delivers exactly that, more time to explore, relax, and enjoy everything else happening across the ship.

The menu mirrors the main dining room offerings, though slightly abbreviated, and special dietary needs are still fully accommodated. Guests using “Your Time Dining” can easily opt in through the Carnival HUB App.
This launch also builds on Carnival’s broader push toward dining flexibility, following the success of its Family Express service on the Lido Deck, now available across the fleet.
