Virgin Voyages Adds £300 Onboard Credit to Wave Offer

More perks, more drinks, and more onboard credit, Wave just got a whole lot more fun.

Virgin Voyages has enhanced its popular “80% off Second Sailor” offer with up to £300 in onboard credit. The bonus is available for new bookings made between 16–19 January 2026 on select Caribbean voyages and the brand’s two European solar eclipse sailings, giving guests extra spending power to enjoy cocktails, spa treatments, or other shipboard treats.

Eligible Caribbean departures sail return from Miami or San Juan, visiting destinations such as Grand Turk, Ocho Rios, Aruba, Curaçao, Barbados, and St Lucia. The solar eclipse voyages include Valiant Lady to Iceland and Ireland, departing 5 August 2026, and Scarlet Lady to Spain and Italy, departing 10 August 2026, a rare chance to combine a once-in-a-lifetime celestial event with Virgin’s signature adult-focused cruising.

The onboard credit stacks with Virgin’s existing Wave offer, which includes 80% off the second sailor and up to £400 in free drinks, valid across Caribbean, Mediterranean, and North American voyages.

UK First Mates also benefit from special trade incentives running through 26 February 2026. Bookings on any Virgin Voyages products on sale through 2027 can earn entry into a hosted Caribbean familiarisation trip aboard Resilient Lady, including flights, hotel, and a dedicated day at Virgin’s adults-only Bimini Beach Club. First Mates also receive £30 per booking, six times the standard reward, across all products.

SJ Walker, Director of Sales, UK at Virgin Voyages, said: “Wave is when conversations turn into real intent. We’ve built this offer around what our First Mates tell us helps them close with confidence… creating offers that make selling easier and more rewarding at every step.”

With extra onboard credit, stacked perks, and itineraries spanning Caribbean gems and rare solar eclipse experiences, Virgin Voyages’ Wave promotion is shaping up to be a must-book for anyone looking to combine adventure, luxury, and playful shipboard fun
