On Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at 9 a.m. EDT, Celebrity River Cruises will open Priority Booking Access for its highly anticipated 2027 inaugural season on the Danube and Rhine rivers. Translation: if you place a fully refundable $500 deposit, you’ll get first dibs on itineraries and staterooms before the rest of the cruising world gets a shot.

Celebrity is bringing the modern elegance of its Edge Series ocean ships to the rivers, creating vessels designed with 360-degree views, sleek design, and the kind of elevated service fans know and love. Fares will be refreshingly inclusive too, think all meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, Wi-Fi, onboard experiences, and even one shore excursion each day included in the price.

And if you’re the type who likes to make the most of a trip, you’ll also have the option (starting in 2026) to add pre- or post-cruise stays in Prague or Budapest—two cities that deserve their own postcards.

Celebrity says this new adventure is all about experiencing “The Celebrity Way” on the rivers: service with a personal touch, locally inspired cuisine, and immersive cultural moments in Europe’s most historic cities.
